I have a total of 26 years of experience in the paint, FMCG, & Pharma industries in the areas of Operations, Lean Six Sigma, & Supply Chain Management.
Q2. How are collaborative pharmaceutical ecosystems evolving, and what opportunities exist in companies leveraging data-sharing and AI-driven partnerships?
Currently, customer requests and expectations are increasing for the same AI support, and at the same time, companies are aging 30-50 years in business in India. They have a good amount of data, trends, and information, leading to complexity. It is not easy to handle using the traditional manual. It is creating an urgency for the AI Ecosystem.
Q3. How are sustainability initiatives shaping the future of pharmaceutical supply chains, and what investment opportunities do they present?
Carbon footprint in logistics and distribution, sustainable packaging, and renewable energy sources.
Q4. Which segments within the pharmaceutical supply chain, such as cold chain logistics or last-mile delivery, are expected to experience the highest growth, and what are the driving forces behind this trend?
Cold chain as the next disruption is biologics.
Q5. With increasing digital integration, how are pharmaceutical companies safeguarding their supply chains against cyber threats, and what measures are being implemented to enhance cybersecurity?
It is a must to have now (Few companies experienced this threat in the recent past)
